Singapore Airlines is waiving all rebooking fees for tickets issued on or before March 15 for travel up to May 31, to enable customers to defer their travel plans.
It also urged customers to contact the airline only if their flight is departing in the next 72 hours, so that its agents can focus on those with urgent changes.
