Singapore authorities are shutting down all bars and entertainment venues such as night clubs, discos, cinemas and karaoke outlets until at least April 30.

All events, even those with fewer than 250 attendees, must be deferred or cancelled.

All centre-based tuition and enrichment classes as well as religious services and congregations will also be suspended.
