Singapore employers must implement telecommuting if jobs allow
It will soon be an offence for employers to not implement telecommuting if the nature of the jobs in their business allows for it.
To ensure compliance, MOM will increase its enforcement strength five-fold.
Companies that persistently refuse to implement telecommuting measures may be issued a Stop Work Order or handed a fine.
