Broker's take: DBS positive on hospitality S-Reits as hotels to reopen for staycations
Far East Hospitality Trust and CDL Hospitality Trusts remain "prime beneficiaries", given their significant exposure in Singapore at about 100 per cent and 65 per cent of revenues respectively, analyst Derek Tan wrote.
