Broker's take: CGS-CIMB calls NetLink defensive yield play, initiates coverage with 'add'
NetLink is the sole network provider of residential fibre broadband in Singapore. The trust offers an attractive dividend yield of about 5.4 per cent based on CGS-CIMB's FY2021 forecast, said analyst Ong Khang Chuen. He also sees a potential total return of 19 per cent.
