Four Axington directors including chairman Evangeline Shen resign
Ms Shen quit after one and a half months in the role, due to "strategic changes expected to be made in the business direction of the company".
She co-founded the scandal-hit Bellagraph Nova Group, which has come under the spotlight recently for doctored photos with former US president Barack Obama and its bid for football club Newcastle United.
