CapitaLand's restructuring move is not for everyone, say analysts
Would other Singapore-listed property developers find it hard to replicate CapitaLand's plan? Some of them may not have as large of an asset-management platform, while others may not have access to a capital-recycling platform in the form of multiple Reits, analysts said.
