Have Singapore office rents bottomed?
CBD Grade A office rentals have posted their first uptick after five consecutive q-o-q declines since the Covid outbreak began, based on JLL's prelim estimates. The average monthly rent has risen 1.2% q-o-q to S$9.90 psf in Q2 2021. The increase follows two consecutive quarters of slowing rent correction.
