COMMENTARY: Why widen Workfare to younger workers?
As announced in the National Day Rally, the eligibility age for the scheme is set to be lowered from 35 to 30.
It could be that 'outdated skills' may not explain lagging incomes or make-up of lower-wage workers is changing.
