In a document it lodged, it said holders of claims and interests with the beleaguered stapled group cannot reasonably determine if the plans are feasible and whether the proposed distribution or recovery on their claims is proper. EHT first filed for bankruptcy protection in the US in January, and since moved on to liquidation.
