Singapore sets aside an additional S$180m for AI research; launches two new AI programmes
This money, said Finance Minister and DPM Heng Swee Keat, will go toward new applications for AI as well as its use for extracting insights from data. The two new AI programmes will be targeted at the government sector and the finance industry.
