Integrated Shield coverage: Disputes platform set up, insurers' panel of doctors widened

In a long-awaited move that will make integrated shield plan coverage more helpful to patients, insurance providers are committing to expanding their panels of healthcare providers their customers can visit and claim from by the end of this year.

This is their follow-up to significant unhappiness caused by the decision to enforce a minimum 5 per cent co-payment for riders.
