Pay growth to return to pre-Covid levels as economy recovers: consultants
According to polls and surveys by recruitment firms, job hoppers could find themselves taking home 10 to 20 per cent more — or even a premium of as high as 35 per cent for specialists in niche roles — while salaries could go up by an average of 3.5 per cent.
