Half of all logistics sector jobs to change or be displaced with Industry 4.0
Minister for Manpower Tan See Leng noted that mature workers form a "significant proportion" of the logistics workforce.
"(They) may suddenly feel that the gap between their current skill sets and the skills required for I4.0 roles seems to be too huge," he said.
