Iras raising HDB property tax in line with spike in rentals
Iras said it is revising the annual value of all HDB flats upwards by 4 to 6 per cent, with effect from January next year, and 65 per cent of three-room flat owners will have to pay between $8 and $14 more annually, while owners of larger flats have to pay between $21 and $26 more.
