Grab shares plunge 33% on Nasdaq debut day
Grab rang its opening bell on Thursday (Dec 2) evening at the Shangri-La Hotel here in Singapore, in a first for Nasdaq hosting a bell-ringing ceremony in Southeast Asia. Its shares enjoyed an initial 18 per cent surge when it started trade, but fell within the first hour and eventually closed at US$8.75.
