No Signboard says legal spat over beer will not affect finances, business operations
The Catalist-listed restaurant operator's subsidiary Danish Brewery is being sued for about S$1.5 million by its wholesale distributor Sprawl Transport & Logistic over an alleged shortfall of beer, and SGX had asked No Signboard to explain why this suit doesn't impact its financial position or ability to do business.
