A Sports Hub contractor is suing its subcontractor for breaches of contract to the tune of S$14.8 million.
Engineering firm Dragages was the main contractor for the design and construction of the Sports Hub. It subcontracted work on its roofing to Craft Facade (CFPL), a Hong Kong company, in 2011, and is saying CFPL failed to complete its work and rectify defects, as well as do the work with due diligence.
