Government to increase BTO, GLS programme supply together with cooling measures
"We will ramp up build-to-order (BTO) supply to launch up to 23,000 flats per year in 2022 and 2023 to meet demand from Singaporean households," said Minister for National Development Desmond Lee. " This will be a 35 per cent increase from the 17,000 flats launched in 2021."
