Vertex Technology lodges preliminary prospectus for S$200m SPAC

The SPAC, established by Temasek-linked Vertex Venture, will offer 11.8 million units at a price of S$5 per unit. There will be a public offering of 600,000 of these units by way of public offer in Singapore.
