Record number of lawyers left profession in 2021; high attrition from junior category

Law Society President Adrian Tan noted that 538 lawyers left practice in 2021, more than the usual 380 to 430 number for the past 4 years.

310 of these were from the junior category, for lawyers in practice for less than five years.
