Property cooling measures could increase demand for rental housing: analysts
Some 58,613 condo units were rented out in 2021, 6.8 per cent higher than the amount recorded in 2020. Meanwhile, the full-year rental volume for HDB flats stood at 21,924, up 4 per cent from the year-ago period.
