Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition to start trading on Jan 27
The offer opens at 8 pm on Jan 20 and closes at noon on Jan 25. The trading of the units on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) will then commence on a "ready" basis on Jan 27 at 9 am.
The potential listing of NTAA comes on the heels of 2 other SPACs — Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation and Pegasus Asia. VTAC began trading on Jan 20 and Pegasus will IPO on Jan 21.
