In our Chinese New Year edition, our headlining features are Singapore trailblazers born in the year of the Tiger. Chef Zor Tan started as a student in Shatec, but set his mind on working for Andre Chiang once he read a newspaper article about him, and never looked back.
With Michelin-starred restaurant experience under his belt, he is now on the cusp of opening a highly-anticipated French-Chinese restaurant named Born, at Tanjong Pagar's conserved Jinrikisha Station.
