S-Reit revenue, net property income seen rising but DPUs to dip from high bases

Sabana Reit posted a drop of 31.4 per cent in its DPU for the six months ended December, a sign of how Singapore Reits might look as they start reporting their results in the coming weeks.

But it isn't a significant cause of worry -- many are starting from higher DPU bases from the second half of 2020.
