The sale price of S$340 million represents a premium over the property's latest valuation of S$278 million and S$280 million by real estate consultancies Savills and Colliers respectively as at Dec 31, 2021.
JCube, which is located at 2 Jurong East Central, is one of CICT's 3 malls in the Jurong East region and its smallest by net lettable area. The other 2 CICT malls are Westgate and IMM Building.
