ESR-Reit, ALog Trust object to proxy advisors' criticism of process in proposed merger
"We know that there has been quite a lot of focus around our process," Karen Lee, chief executive of ALog Trust's manager said. "I need to emphasise and make this very clear to everyone here that we have been as transparent as we can be. We think the comments made are unfair."
