HDB resale prices climb 12.7% in 2021
The number of transactions from last year increased by 25.3 per cent to 31,017 cases, and the resale price index rose for the seventh consecutive quarter in Q4 2021, up 3.4 per cent from the previous quarter. This is marginally higher than the flash estimates released on Jan 3, which had indicated a 3.2 per cent increase.
