Philippines to re-open to vaccinated foreign tourists
The reopening will take place on Feb 10, nearly two years after closing its borders to contain Covid-19. But the list of 157 countries on visa-free entry excludes China, the Philippines' fastest-growing tourist market, as well as Taiwan and India.
