Skills mismatch could constrain Singapore's labour market recovery: economists
Even for sectors such as financial services and information communication which have continued expanding their headcount over the last 2 years, the mismatch in skills and shortage of specialised professionals are likely to be a "structural impediment", according to Maybank senior economist Chua Hak Bin.
