Peak Vista, owned fully by Wee Cho Yau’s private real estate arm, is buying two bungalows located between Newton and Novena MRT stations for S$70 million, which occupy a land area of 43,457 square feet.
The second plot on Gilstead Road is located behind Revenue House, purchased for S$17 million through a private treaty deal, occupies 10,504 sq ft of land area.
