Philippines welcomes back foreign tourists for first time in 2 years
Tourism officials at Manila's airport greeted more than 200 passengers flying in from countries including the United States and China to visit beaches or reunite with family and friends, in a bid to revive its battered tourism sector after its borders shut in view of the pandemic.
