[JUST IN]: Singapore-Malaysia VTL (Land) quota to be restored, border measures streamlined
The multi-ministry task force announced on Wednesday (Feb 16) the 50 per cent reduction in quota effective from last December will be reinstated from Feb 22, with the additional bus tickets to go on sale with immediate effect.
The testing measures for such travellers will be streamlined to only pre-departure and on-arrival tests, without the need for unsupervised self-swab Antigen Rapid Test (ART) on the second and seventh day of arrival.
