It made a Singapore firm its de facto holding company, and its founder-CEO Chris Xu is now a Singapore PR.
Last year it de-registered its main business, Nanjing Top Plus Information Technology Co, too — developments that point to plans to list in New York this year, with Xu also looking to change his citizenship to bypass tougher Chinese rules for offshore IPOs.
