Thomson Grand's MCST takes developer, two contractors to court over alleged defects
It was stated in the defence that the alleged defects were due to "fair wear and tear, and/or natural deterioration" for which it is not liable, and that the "alleged defects were caused by the actions and/or inactions of the plaintiff and/or parties other than" Luxury Green.
