Singapore's non-resident employment up for the first time in 2 years in Q4
The labour market is expected to continue improving in 2022, though recent events such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict have "significantly increased the downside risks" which could weigh on the pace of recovery, said MOM permanent secretary Aubeck Kam.
