Singapore, Asian housing property investors branch out of London to other UK cities
High entry costs and the increased tax burden on pricier residential property in the capital city have driven some East Asian and South-east Asian investors - who traditionally buy in London - to shift their focus to other UK cities such as Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
