URA bars strata subdivision for commercial properties in key parts of Central Area

URA said that strata subdivided developments, due to their fragmented ownership, tend to face challenges in maintenance and upkeep. The restriction applies to developments in areas such as Orchard Road, Shenton Way, Robinson Road, Raffles Quay, and Raffles Place Park.
