Mandatory CPF, job stigma keep food delivery riders up at night: study
99 per cent of gig workers polled have job satisfaction, while 23 per cent feel strong satisfaction. But three-quarters believe that their work is often misunderstood, and some 93 per cent said the stress and challenges of their work are underestimated by the public.
