Koufu to delist from SGX on Mar 29
Koufu's founders in December 2021 made a S$0.77 per share cash offer to take the company private.
Trading in shares of Koufu has been suspended since Feb 24, after its CEO Pang Lim and his wife's privatisation offer closed on the same day with 98.19 per cent valid acceptances.
