OCBC talks sustainability in growth strategy; CEO Helen Wong paid S$7.6m in 2021
This consists of her pay as deputy president from Jan 1 to Apr 14, as well as her CEO pay from April 15 to the end of the year. Her predecessor Samuel Tsien received S$8.6 million in 2020, and S$11.1 million in 2019.
This as OCBC's top executives noted that the lender's profitability is back to pre-pandemic levels.
