Former Bistrot Etroit chef moves to bigger premises at Sage

Remember the cranky Yasunori Doi, who served up French bistro fare to just six or seven customers a night in a cupboard-sized outfit at Orchard Plaza? He's expanded to a (very slightly) bigger space (still at Orchard Plaza though), raised his prices and a safer menu, and BT Lifestyle editor Jaime Ee checks it out.
