‘Not meaningful’ to provide figures for development costs of new HDB flats: Indranee

Affordability is what matters to buyers, and BTOs are sold below market value, said Second Minister for Finance Indranee Rajah, who added that a breakdown of costs for all new flats “is not meaningful” as prices vary across areas.
