70% of BTOs launched in 2022 affordable with S$8,400 median household income: Desmond Lee

Nearly 70% of BTO flats launched last year can be "affordably purchased" with Singapore's median household income of S$8,400 at a mortgage servicing ratio of 25% or less, said National Development Minister Desmond Lee.
