Nearly 30 residential projects carrying 1,400 unsold units face critical sales deadline in 2023

For residential projects with five or more units, property developers are subject to an Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty of 40% on the land price, of which 35% is remittable if developers sell all units within five years.
