Temasek, other institutions sued for ‘aiding and abetting’ FTX fraud
The class action lawsuit, which named Temasek, claimed that “defendant venture capital firms wielded their power, influence and deep pockets to launch FTX’s house of cards to its multibillion-dollar scale”.
