Seatrium under investigation by CPIB for alleged corruption

Seatrium, formerly known as Sembcorp Marine (Sembmarine), had issued a notice in March that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Estaleiro Jurong Aracruz, was being investigated for “alleged irregularities” in its practices.
