Among the 17 towns, the highest prices were units at
1. Bukit Merah: S$1.5 million
2. Toa Payoh: S$1.42 million
3. Bishan: S$1.4 million

Only five towns have yet to see a million-dollar flat transaction – Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong West, Sembawang and Sengkang.
