Passenger car COE premiums continue to break records as open category nears S$160,000
Premiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B hit a record high of S$150,001, up from S$146,002.
Meanwhile, premiums for Category A cars also rose to an all-time high of S$106,000, up from S$104,000.
