Singh said that PM Lawrence Wong moved DPM Gan Kim Yong to Punggol as a tactical move to stop the WP from winning.
If DPM Gan were indispensable, the prime minister would not have risked him, said Singh. “PM Wong must have been confident that he has enough talent, even without DPM Gan.”
